1. Delivery Regions

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries, with the exception of regions under international sanctions or those recognized as sponsors of terrorism. Shipping to countries affected by ongoing military conflicts will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the feasibility of delivery.

2. Available Shipping Methods

We provide the following shipping options:

  • Express Shipping: Fast delivery worldwide via DHL, UPS, DPD, and FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 3-10 days. This option is higher in cost but ensures a quicker arrival.
  • Standard Shipping: Available through EMS, USPS, and Poczta Polska, with an estimated delivery time of 10-30 days. This is a more affordable shipping method.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated separately for each product based on its size, weight, and destination. The exact shipping fee will be provided during checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1-5 business days if items are in stock. If an item is out of stock, processing may take up to 1-2 weeks. In cases where production is required, customers will be promptly notified of any delays.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We take responsibility for the return shipping costs if the item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not match the product description or fitment. In these cases, customers must provide photos or videos to confirm the issue, and the item must be returned in its original condition.
If the customer changes their mind, or simply decides they do not like the item, they will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
